An Ibiza bedroom<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAt the weekend retreat of brothers Antonio and Ignacio Saorin Lopez de Ayala, on the Spanish island of Ibiza, a guest bedroom\u2014nicknamed \u201cthe Captain\u2019s Room\u201d\u2014is carved out of the rocky bluff on which the main house sits, and opens onto a private terrace. A canopy of Indian mosquito netting hangs over the bed; the wood floor is painted white.\u201d<\/p>\n

A Bahamas bedroom<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cDressed with IKEA curtains, a wrought-iron\u00a0lit \u00e0 la polonaise<\/em>\u00a0with an eight-foot-tall canopy takes center stage in the master bedroom of\u00a0Tom Scheerer<\/a>\u2018s 200-year-old cottage on Harbour Island in the Bahamas. The bed is covered with Hedstr\u00f6m & Judd linens, and a side chair comes from Arfwidson\u2019s childhood home in Stockholm.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIn the bedroom of a\u00a0Wisconsin<\/a>\u00a0home, the linens and bedside table are vintage. The bench is from the \u201950s, and the rug is by Dash & Albert. The Chinese vessel once belonged to Elsie de Wolfe.\u201d<\/p>\n
